This is a quick and simple recipe for my favorite Vegan Jalapeño Aioli! A great addition to a fresh veggie meal. Like my Buddha Bowl or just to have in the fridge for a quick snack.
I am probably not alone but I dislike mayo! Vegan and before going vegan. Yeah I know it’s awesome on sandwiches but to each their own. That’s why I love this recipe, it has so many flavor elements and I really don’t even remember it’s made from (vegan) mayo!
Don’t like spicy food? I can’t make any promises but I use jar jalapeño to make this and once it has been blended, it really is NOT spicy! In fact, that’s why we add sriracha sometimes! It has a jalapeño taste without the heat.
VEGAN JALAPENO AIOLI

1 Cup vegan mayo
2-3 TSP of jar jalapeño (more if you love it jalapeño!)
1 TSP Chilli powder
Pinch of garlic salt
1 Juice of lime
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together. I use an immersion blender or Nutri bullet.
- set in the fridge for a few minute before serving,

- I add extra extra jalapeños to mine because we absolutely love them.
