This liquid gold as my husband calls it is awesome for Pizza, Mac and cheese (but as a topping) and Lasagna. I can only imagine there’s a lot more than this can be used in but so far that’s what I’ve tried personally. I’ve attached a few pictures of the dishes I’ve used this in. For full transparency I am leaving an honest review and am not affiliated with this brand.
If you’ve not seen the Miyokos brand before, they make a wide variety of dairy alternatives from soft cheese wheels perfect for snacking. They make shreds and slices of cheddar and pepperjack that I personally use for my breakfast burritos. They even make butter! That’s enough talk about their products because we’re here for the liquid mozzarella.
The first time I used this I was a skeptic because I can make my own cashew cheese at home. This cashew based cheese though is far easier to use and it even browns well. I will admit I accidentally licked this product before cooking, I beg you to NOT make that mistake as its intended to be consumed cooked! I wouldn’t recommend smelling it directly from the bottle either, it doesn’t smell bad but its not supposed to smell good either.
As for how much I like this product? I love it. Everything this brand has put on the shelf I have tried and only one product didn’t agree with my taste buds. The reviews I post on here will probably come out on the positive end. If I don’t like something, I’m not going to tarnish the name because someone else might love it. If I love something, I will share it on as many socials I can including here in hopes other people can enjoy it. As usual, if you have any questions please reach out to be directly on instagram here. Enjoy!
